*求救!船務問題一問!有無媽咪識？

用LC 出貨，當填shipping order 時，唔知點填"Consignee" and "Notifying Party".
邊格填銀行，邊格填個客呢？
以前聽過有人話填 "to the order of XXX BANK "
但LC都無寫，咁即係點？

L/C DOCUMENT REQUIRE 的 BILL OF LADING 會有寫的, 如果無要求的話, 你寫番個客的公司名亦不會有不符, 其實你都可以打去分行, FAX俾相熟的人叫佢幫你睇張L/C, 事關最終你都會透過銀行幫你買單.

當你要求船公司出提單時, consignee and notify party 一定要跟足 L/C, for example :
If L/C requested "Original Ocean Bills of Lading consigned To Order of ABC Bank and notify XYZ Company......", that means your B/L must show "To order of ABC Bank" under consignee column and "XYZ Company" under notify party column.
If L/C requested "Original Ocean Bills of Lading consigned To Order and blank endorsed and notify XYZ Company......", then the consignee column should be "To Order", 同時 shipper 需要在提單背後蓋印及簽名.
