i am taking yasmin now!the menu said it can help to reduce period pain; normalise period and also can help heavy period! 我朋友之前因為有 period pain 同 period 勁唔準 (2至9個月黎一次不等)，所以諗住食藥幫手，但係醫生話無問題唔會咁，即使食左藥，等於用地毯蓋住個污糟既地下，唔食藥之後，等於拎開張地毯，情況無改變，只係你以為好左！要解決問題，應該去做超聲波檢查，check 下有無問題！有問題快D醫 ma，if 無，有一隻vitamas E 都可以止 period pain，我家姐食過，好 work，無 side-effect ga，but i forgoet the name!

i know Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital is good! you can go to www.hksh.com to have a look ar! i take yasmin because i just gave birth a baby by a cesarean section! the dr. said i cant have baby within a year and it is better to let my cervix take a three-year break wor! thats why i take it! in your case, go and do an all-rounded check up is better. or, at least, go and see a doctor first!
