I work in a small size company for over 11 years. I choose this company because it is near my boy friends's home and I think once we get marry it is more convenient. After that, I found another reason why I can stay here until now. :-P My 3 bosses are good man and they are always out of town, only me in the office and I like this environment very much, very free ma.... They also give me special bonus arond 20K when my baby was born. So I hope I can work for them in the future 10 years more.
I am working in big company, but no authority, no decision making power. Always need to wait for boss's approval even you spend only $1. But it is more stable & can leave on time.
Depending on different stage of life, as a mother of 2 kids, I can't be so aggressive. Family is my no. 1.
hey! i think we're working in the same type of companies, especially "d人都唔做野既, 剩係擦鞋". i used to be an executive assistant of the big big boss (mid-sized office), but now... i'm just a staff in a big company. in fact, our company named our titles on the tax return : EMPLOYEE.
