i thought you have to be in that area. unless you plan to study in private school, then no district restriction lor. Better check with the education board to confirm

we do the snow plowing ourself (actually my lo is the one doing)

for the hand cream - we used the Vaseline intensive care - the water resistence one (blue bottle).

most of the skin care that I used to have back in HK could not used here. Currently I am using the Olay, but seems Ponds work much better on me.

old c9 like me does not need much beauty care - it is so expensive to buy the brand name skin care here, so I shift to the drug's store product - olay, ponds, nieva, neutrogena ... these are much cheaper and more affordable for me.

Welcome on board! I am Dapper, mom of a 6 months old baby boy!

I also use Vaseline intensive care and find it quite good .. if you hands are really too dry, you can apply a thick layer and then cover them with "plastic wrap" or "polybag" for 15 mins and then wash away the lotion (like doing a hand mask!!!)... the result is quite good ga

Thank for yr info. I bought the Vaseline yesterday and used it last night. It's very good for me. My husband also used it on his hand. He felt very nice. The smell is not too strong. It's suitable for us !

Could I apply the Olay's lotion on my kid's face? It's UV protection. I would like to apply on her face daytime.

I don't have any kid, so no comment - but make sure the loton contains no fragrance, as kid's skin is elegant and may be allegery to such.

my friend and family did can send their kid to a different public school, closer or different area, depend on the school still have empty seat for the kids, and you may need to pay adminstration fee $120 per month (8times /year)
to cover it, but you really need to contact the school you want to send the kids to by yourself, and state the reason, they usually won't let you know until the last minutes.... and if you are not going to move to anywhere in the next few year, so you may need to think about the cost for the coming years too....

depends on which areas you lived and some areas do have the racism. but if you report to the school principal, they will do something -may not be 100% avoid...
