toilet training for boy

I know this sounds naive but I really don't know how to do it -
My boy is 2 year old and he always pass urine on the floor when he sits on his little toilet bowl. I think he also finds it frustrating and therefore refuses to use it for urine. What can I do? I have made him stand up but he also refuses.

可能佢覺得有趣, 佢小便完之後有什麼反應, 如果佢見妳好緊張跟住笑就既是作弄妳. 如果佢是不懂怎樣小便, 妳可以叫dabby 教小朋友. 同佢講男子是要這樣小便.同佢講如果成功就比的獎勵佢. 開頭是唔是控制得好好, 試多幾次就會好的. 但是現在冬天教他如廁推動力唔是好夠. 因為天氣冷, 通常選夏天, 可以同佢拚耐性又唔怕冷病. 個個小朋友對於坐廁是有的抗拒.

Ho Ho ma,
Thanks for your advice. He is not happy whenever I ask him to use the little toilet. I think he still prefers his diapers.
May I ask whether a boy should learn to stand or sit to start with?
