我上星期踢走左我個衰賓. 因為佢工作態度差之余仲走去借財務. 人地黎追數. 係請佢之前再三聲明唔可以借錢. 佢話自己黎港已12年!!! 一定唔會喎.所以唔肯交出護照. 仲同我講犯法. 咁我就由佢啦. 希望佢做得開開心心就算.
點知呢D人真係唔知足. 我對佢都算係咁. 日日生果比佢食. 買小食買衫送比佢. 未返工就問我借錢, 我照借...佢個VISA批左, 我抱住BB由澳門接佢返黎我屋企開工..點知返到HK後第一日已黑面, 我由佢...完全無禮貌, 早晨, 多謝, 對唔住完全欠奉! 咩都當耳邊風. 同佢講野仲要走開唔采你. 我忍佢! 同BB換片唔肯洗手, 要佢洗手就開大水喉.一有時間就做自己野. 但同你講好攰, 好辛苦. 未夠3個月就要求放聖誕, 元旦. 但要玩到點幾至返屋企. (初時要求唔返)
黎個半月就發左3次爛. 係到喝我話我唔尊重佢! 我湊住BB, 唔發得火, 忍忍忍! 個半月用爛左PAN, 煲, 垃圾筒. 扯爛窗簾同BB衫...全部唔出聲..我亦之後先知.

最後財仔追數, 我真係要同佢傾咩一回事. 最後佢一句話自己辭職. 我唔使佢留一個月/賠錢, 比佢出去搵工. 真係好心無好報~!

而家呢件極品, 走去工會同勞工處告我. 話我迫佢辭職同埋唔賠一個月比佢之余, 仲扣佢工資喎(佢問我借錢)! 呢件極品真係無得頂!

各位媽媽如果要請人, 請小心Thelma Serquina!

Are you the first time to employ maid?

1) You should not go to Macau to pick her up, why not through agent? You and your BB travel so far, to paid a HELPER up? Sound unappropiate and attitute unappropriate. You make her feel, she is the master, more than you are the master.

2) You get in trap obviously. You should not just let her go like this, no matter you need her stay at your home for 1 month OR give you one month noice by lieu of notice. You also need to process this procedure. Now she can say you kick her out, without one month notice OR by lieu of notice.

3) Why need to buy her gift lei?? Why need to provide fruit lei?? For me, if have, then eat lor!! And depends on is it expensive fruit, if expensive, don't touch it, even I don't eat.

Now the favour all on her side.

那天我地問佢係咪欠財仔, 佢自己認仲話無野講要辭職. 白紙黑字簽名自己即走仲要無一個月通知我地. 我話唔使佢賠. 可以執野走. 總之唔想煩. 而家佢同工會仲屈我地欠佢一個月仲要話無借我地錢. 告我地.
都怪我地太好人. 船飛,電話費...咩都唔同佢計. 呢次係庭一定撐到底!

Now your problem still not solve out. You need to make the Judge to believe that, you are so kindness to let her go.

So sorry to tell u that, the favour is quite on her side.

Next time, do not let her go like this, Need One Month Written notice OR by lieu of notice.

The judge might say, she want to go and you said no need to pay one month, then the out come will be: You want to terminate her without notice.

Poor you. Hope you ok on this case. Please update your status time to time in here ok. Quite worry you.

Sounds not that useful.

The judge will not consider your friends' wording, because that will have bias. But if your friend is a lawyer OR police force etc... some related to highly discipline career conduct, then the Judge might accept his wording.

If not, you can save your friend's time.

Next time, if have such circumstance again, you better use the video recorder. The judge might not read or accept it. But at least, let your helper know you got some thing to proof the real situation on that day. One more things to protect yourself.

唔知係咪d公主真係個個夾哂要點做, 而家黎打工黎都大支野.

我個公主由第一日黎時我agent已經同佢講, 佢係你阿mom, 係你老細, 唔係你既friend, 你同佢講野要show respect, 因為mom係比錢請你黎打工, 唔係請你黎同佢做friend. 我屋企果件so far都唔敢同我扮friend.

back from labor dept, send her back to home and no need to give her 1 mth salary. Empolyer pls take notice when yr maid resign. Keep all receipts are very important. The best thing is have witness or keep video. They have nothing to say at all.

請問如果我唔係用video cam, 只係用電子相機的拍video function來拍, 係唔係都可以當證據?

i did same as you. At the labour dept, i told her i had witness and did not mentioned the video. Then, she said nothing at all and admitted that it was her resignation instead of i fired her.
