Very disappointed with this agency firm. They did never follow up with my maid and the most terrible thing was - they offered another job to my existing maid which hired through themselves. What are their intention ? to earn duplicate commission from the maid and me again ? is this contradict their principle - 「誠信負責」 ? how come such behaviour be carried out by a CHRISTIAN couple / agency ?
Most terrible thing: Such agent firm's boss did not apologize for their poor behaviour and still told that they will continue to offer position to any maid who are trained through their firm and introduced to us (HK employers) without any notice to us if they think such maid is suitable for themselves (even such maid is working in HK under 1 year, like my case). Poor conduct and conflict of interest, how come it happened in a CHRISTIAN (emphased by them) agency firm....
My maid is good, but the boss there is bad. They offered a "trainer" role in their Philippine office to my existing maid (working for me for less than 1 year) but without informing me. Btw, I have paid agency fee to them for hiring my maid and my maid has just paid all commission (by 5 instalments) to them for totally around HKD12K. Now, it's time for my maid to save $, but they offered such "good" job (with high salary) to her.... it's really a trap to their maids working overseas so they can fire them, look for new employers and earn commission from the maid and the employer again.... too bad...
