I went there & "see" 5 years before....
The size can said is bigger that what I expect (normally new apartment are not really "useful").
Only 1 thing as I knew is not really good - that's the "toliet water" always have problem & shortage of supply... - (my mother have fd moved there & the mall there also had the same problem at that time!)

That's was all 5 years ago....might be now is totally changed!

Actually, the location is good & the price is reasonable !

i lived there 4 yrs ago........ good place. but very very wet....................in TKO. 好實用，但是 TKO 係太濕了。

好實用，廳大房大，而家同區d新樓邊有咁正？！
我最唔like佢大堂門口果堂樓梯，搬住重野就麻煩！

I also live there. I like 好實用，廳大房大，廳大have 13 inch long in the living room, really can't that in new flat with only 6XX feet. The building material is good because it was built before 1997. The door is very thick.

Having Gym is free.

There is Jusco in the shopping mall below, very convenience, after you buy things, u can take all the things by shopping car to you block. And u can by many things in Jusco.

Near MTR, no need to bring umbrella even rains.

It also allow to have dogs. Have a area for dogs. Good for people to have dogs.

Wet is the bad in tko, but I think many flat in HK have this problem.
