To me, the cheapest place to buy pregnant clothes is to NOT buy pregnant clothes... but you can always check out 三盞燈area for 出口店。
Also, there's a pregnant clothes store near 竹林寺。It's the store immediately to the right of 竹林寺 on 連勝馬路。If you need more info please ask. I love going to that area to buy baby clothes myself (I also lived in HKfor a while).

That particular shop I mentioned(next to the temple) specialize in XL clothes but also carry pregnant clothes.
If you look in the little alleys in that area for Export Shops they carry US and European sizes.
I actually just went there yesterday and bought A LOT of winter stuffs for my boy boy. I am kind of picky when it comes to baby clothes and fortunately the export shops carry some really nice stuffs. I bought an Abercrombie snow hat for him for $39, very cute. hee hee
