The Cairnhill Management Fee is about $1.7 per sq. ft., including monthly fixed line telephone and boardband charge from "Three" and free shuttle bus service for all residents including your maids. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes to the MTR Tsuen Wan Station with exhanced service (head to tail) in the morning peak hours to addres the demand.
Of couse it has club house facilities with two outdoor swimming pools and the fare of these facilities are not expensive and you pay as you play. Ample car parking spaces (at about 1 : 1 ratio) for let or lease by private owners at about $1900 per month.
A very good place to live expecially if you have your own car or take the shuttle bus to the MTR for about 10 minutes journey time.
