I lived in Kowloon station for more than 4 years. Personally, if you don't mind no big shopping mall, no supermarket, no restaurant. Only have a McDonald and Dickson Cyber World. Is nice place to live. Specially, if you travel alot, cause you can check in at downstair, then take the airport express to airport (less than half hour).
We been told that will have a "huge" shopping mall since 2 years ago. But, still nothing happen. So, if you choose "Arch", the harbourview maybe will block from "west kowloon" project, even though gov't turn down now.
