It costs about $380-420 per socket/switch and $2000-3000 for the main switch board.
You have to clarify with your contractor whether he uses new conduits or the existing conduits. If he uses existing conduits, the price can go down to $220 per socket/switch.
Remember to use a licensed electrical contractor and ask for a WR1 certificate after completion. Last time, my contractor sub-contracted his work out and could not produce a WR1 certificate because he had some disputes with his sub-contractor. In the end, I did not have to pay for his work.
