I once lived there. They have shuttle bus to Shatin KCR which takes around 20 minutes.
The living environment there is good especially for children since it is spacious. However, before I moved out, they changed their shuttle bus service provider and re-scheduled. A lot of negative feedback arose such as the the frequency could not meet the residents' requirements, shuttle bus always full, the shuttle bus driver cannot catch up the schedule and sometimes even missed the schedule, etc. Another most important was that the shuttle bus services is not free, residents have to pay $3 to Ma On Shan and $5 to Shatin KCR.
By the way, the electricity consumption there is extremely higher than others due to their design. Such as their air-conditioners and the heaters in the toilets are very high-powered. If you going to buy a flat there, remember to ask the condition of their air-conditioner. They're easily out of order and replacement of spare parts normally cost you around $6-$8K. The air-conditioner provider has a maintenance team stationed there so you can see their failure rate.
