Re: 租樓住的媽咪,你地對將來有什麼打算?
Haha, my wife is laughing.
In HK, there are 3.4M ppl working out of 6.9M ppl. So 2 are supporting Seven must be way off average.
According to information provided by Census, among these 6.9M ppl, there are 1.3M private house, and the average family size in HK is 3.1 persons.
I just read an article on today's Economic Daily, it says there are 530K family are having the income of $30K per month, where as only 350K families in 1995.
There are only 350K maid in HKG, some higher income families are highing more than 1 maid, so divided by the 530K families of having income over $30K, only 50-60% of these families has a maid.
From your example: a family with income 25K, and want to have a maid, and to buy a flat? As I said before: Buying a flat in any modern Cities, was never easy for everyone. Some ppl definitly has to rent, and some will have to live in the Gov't housing.
