I have a flat in Shatin Hilton Plaza for rent or sale.
Quite small, only 437sq feet.
The address is Block C, 高層, 5室, 1房1廳, 連全屋傢俬
Short term lease is welcome. Even 租住先 is ok.
Monthly rental: HKD4700 including rate and mgt fee.
Interest party please pm me.

Yes, it is 希爾頓中心. Just opposite to the New Town Plaza Phase III and next to Wai Wah Center.

My flat face to the hill side, not New Town Plaza. Better privacy.
Be honest, this was developed by Chinachem, it is smaller than those developed by Sun Hung Kai or Henderson etc.
