forgive me my chinese typing is very slowly, hope you will understand my friend situation.
On Feb they looked a flat in shatin with agent A, then they brought the SAME FLAT with agent B, and agent B said they no need to pay any buyer commission to them cos they sign the 睇樓paper with agent A, agent B already said they just received the 1% seller commission, in fact it is very simple case of some buyer buy the SAME FLAT with different agents; problem arise, now the sales and purchases already completed. but agent A, ask my friend to pay the agent commission with 2% , they said they signed the 睇樓paper with `又又邊代理 (including 1% seller and 1% buyer)????????
**** for my understanding , my friend only pay the 1% to agent A, cos they already signed the 睇樓paper with agent A and no need to pay any commission to agent B or the seller commission WHY AGENT A can have authority to ask the sales and purchase 2% commission with my friend.
