The living environment and building management are good. Have 2 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Quite convenient. Yet, no wet market is available.

The bad thing is to take quite long time to travel to Kln and HK side. Morning is ok with some private shuttle bus. Cross harbour citybus is always full and need to stand, difficult to get on mini bus which travels to Tsing Yi MTR.

我住左4年, 超級好住, 風水好, 我4年內升左兩次職^^ 哈!
但要注意好多單位西斜, 特別向海果邊, 望海只有少部份唔西斜, 向正南果d, 不過呎價會較高, 但都值得。
我覺得環境好, 管理好, 空氣好, 我鼻敏感住左呢度之後就好番。
但最大問題係交通囉~ 真係唔算方便, 但好彩唔會成日塞車, 早上返工都ok。
但我老公下年要去觀塘返工, 就佢方便可能要搬...真係好唔捨得。
