My grandma is on wheelchair too, and we have taken her to the following places: Sanya, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing.

Among all these, I think Singapore is the most convenient and easiest place for people on wheelchair. Taxi is easy to catch, most of the places are wheelchair accessible. Korea definitely isn't a choice because when I visited Korea last year, many of their stores have steps in front of it and it's just extremely hard for wheelchair to get in.

Finding somewhere close is a must, because if they need to go to the toilet on the plane, it's quite painful.

One question is the wheelchair is difficult to get into plane's toilet. I also wish to have a trip with my 80+ mum. But I am worried of many problems like toilet, eating, ...etc. So much inconvenience.

My grandma sometimes take the adult 'nappy' just in case! Furthermore, I also request for the front row seat so that it's easier even if they need to go to the toilet, it's closer.
