Dear joebaby
If the net income is 5000 per month, i.e 60,000 per year. Then, the interest rate is 5% (for 1.2m).
But you should know that is the $5000 include management fee? tax?
If you put 1.2m in the bank (for interest rate of 3%), you can only get $3000 per month.
Tks for all mama, I will tell my mother about all these comment.
Actually, I'm not prefer her to buy as she must full paid. Then, she may just get very little amount of cash. However, she always say want to buy a flat for in these 2 years. (We don't know why?! )
And now my uncle said his neighbour want to sell the flat, then ask my mother to buy.
& the point is the age of the flat is 26 years, it seems need to pay lot of money for maintanence.
She also said if no one to rent, then, she move to live in there It's quite far way from her working place.
