將軍澳清水灣半島

Anyone lives at 清水灣半島 can tell me if it's a good place to live, esp. for children? My daughter has serious nose allergy. Will 清水灣半島 has better air quality than other areas of TKO? Do you have to wait long time for the green van to MTR station during morning rush hours? ?-( ?-(

I live in here for almost 5 years. For me, it's a nice place . It's quite and during every weekend a lot of parents will bring their children to have a walk in the 海濱長廊。 The air quality is quite good here since both my husband and I've got nose allergy but already recover . ( I live in Phase 1 ,over 30 /F) so I am not sure whether the same in other direction. Regarding to the green van ,sorry I don't know as I drive myslf.

for the green van, no need to wait for long time, about 2-5 mins as they'll have many more vans during peak hours.

Hi DaoSi,

I like the floor plan of Phase I (+1300 sq.f.) a lot but am worried about the flat direction as it appears that all Phase I flats face west. Will it be very hot during summer? Or will flat A and B be better in terms of less direct sunray?

Besides, would like to know how much to rent or buy a carpark there?

I live in Phase 1 Flat B , honestly there is direct sunray during p.m . For me , it's much better as I'm not stay at home during p.m so more sunlight will be much better . Also the humidity in Tseung Kwan O is quite high and some people said the wall will get wet during Spring . However , it didin't happen in my home or even the corridor and I think it's because the sunlight . Regarding the carpark , U can rent directly throught SHK and it's cost $ 2,300 /month.
Hope I can help you but I think U better going here during sunny day to see if U can accept the sunlight.

DaoSi,

Do you have kids? Do they enjoy the club house facilities there. I have seen a Flat B unit in Phase 1 and it looks like the master bedroom is very big. Is that the wall opposite to the bay window can fit a 7 feet long cabinet and still have some space left?

I haven't got any kids so I think U better ask the agent to lead U here to have a look . I'm not sure whether enough space or not . For me , I've got one 5" x 6" double bed , 2 床頭櫃 and a 2" x 6 " cabinet and still have some space.
