請教英文

could u please help me to translate it to english, pls..
1. 我兩手腕和右膝的關節因患有類風濕關節炎，所以硬化了，這個動作我做不到。
2. 我不能雙手按地。
3. 我不能雙膝跪地。

咁得唔得？

I have stiff joints on my wrists and left knee because of arthritis. I cannot make this movement.

I cannot touch the floor with both hands.

I cannot kneel on both knees.
