there is a shop called Eco Ring in TST, it moved to upstair shop, but I guess they will take at only below 10k. what necklace is it? maybe members here are interested, you post on 2nd hand mkt and try la.

they may ja, not sure ah. saw somebody brought a cartier diamond heart CC ring band orig 36000 to their shop and they offered 7k ja, seller ended up didn't sell the ring.

my friend brought jewelry to brand off and they refuse to buy too.
i think they only take popular jewelry brand like cartier, bulgari, tiffany.
they refused to take a lot of bags, even Hermes picotin and evelyne.
