請幫忙!!
我看中了一單位,想樓換樓,但現居所要11月才可出售(因首置)........若是你,你會否先落訂,hold 住,半年先交易嗎??(業主同意半年內交吉)
那我便要在11月至明年3月內售出現居所.......
我應否先買呢??..............我拿不定主意,想看看各位意見

so you have to take the risk if you couldn't sell the flat within that period. It depends on your ability.

If you can't sell the flat out before the completion of your new property? Can you bear the monthly instalments of 2 properties? I think you don't be hurry, sell the flat out first.

我是你的話, 我會放左手上單位, 先再買過, 無人可保證, 過多半年樓市係升定跌, 如果咁樣會好無險姐.....

yes, you are right!!
now......my husband and me want to sell our flat first .....we don't want to take risk. ...

hope we can sell out the flat soon. .. we can sell it at end of Oct, how about you?
