I have never used this company before but it seems to be well organized. Whether the services offered are a high standard remains to be seen. The prices seem to be market rates.
Previously when both my parents were alive, I could not find a company like this. I hired Personal Care workers thru agencies. I paid bet $500 ~ $600 per 12 hour shift, both day and night, inclusive of insurance and agent's commission.
If this company offers good quality services, then the price is not too high, as it gives you peace of mind. But what care do your parents need? Just cleaning and cooking or do they both need help with bathing, changing diapers or moving around? Do they manage with just 1 maid currently? Do they need someone at night? These are all issues that you must consider first.
