I gave 3 oz to BB when NB and she kept crying. So, I call A+ hotline (my BB drink A+ milk), they have the following recommendation. You can take it as a reference.
0-4 weeks old : 3-4 oz (5-6 times per day)
4-8 weeks old : 5 oz (5-6 times per day)
8-12 weeks old : 6 oz (5-6 times per day)
3 months old : 8 oz (4 times per day)
I think, if your BB drink milk and can sleep 2-3 hours after that, it should be fine.
