-->竟然你agent咁不付責任, 當然唔駛再搵佢; 但你都要睇下你之前請呢件野既時候, agent有冇話2年包換工人, 因為間間都唔同, 同埋2年包換既話, 都唔代表今次o係前agent換工人唔駛$, 因為佢地可能都要收手續費, immd. dept既費用, 驗身費...我今日就去返用開既舊agent到, 因佢之前都幾有交帶, 雖然唔係非常好, 但都ok, 仲已經confirm左個工人tim~ 雖然佢既收費同普通當新請工人既價錢唔差好遠, 只係平幾百元, 但因佢都肯同我follow下, 所以比佢賺...但若你舊agent收費一向唔平, 咁我諗你都可以有好多choice, 分分鐘去搵過間仲平過你用返舊agent既換工人$, 同埋若然你都唔再用舊agent請新工人的話, 都無需要inform佢d乜(炒佢前), 以免佢地溜口風
3. How many days of annual leave does she have, is it 1 day per month.
12個月就有7日, 所以睇下你工人會o係到到幾時, 咁就乘返個比例
5. She need to back to Indo within 14days fm the date I fire her?
如果未搵到新僱主就係

I have some question to ask:
1. I don't want to inform the agency before I fire her, it is ok ?

2. I will let her go immediately & go to agency together with her then sign up all doc (1 month 代通知金, last salary, air ticket, travel allowance...). Is it ok?
3. How many days of annual leave does she have, is it 1 day per month.
4. Due to her poor performance, shall I need to issue a warning letter before i fire her?
5. She need to back to Indo within 14days fm the date I fire her?
等多2-3個月就唔洗忍呢條8婆,但我吾會對個新菲菲有太大期望.
