i recorded the conversation with her, at the beginning she insisted she didnt steal it, but finally she admitted she did it. when she went to the police station, she said it's a misunderstanding. she misunderstood it's a red pocket fm my mom so she took it for her own yesterday. in sept, my mom did give her a red pocket. i am very very sure the stolen lai see is for my son because on it, it marked with 快高長大 which was bought fm me b4.
what should i do now? does this case belong to immediate termination? the agent will not help me. should i inform the immigration now?
1. if i release her now, should i pay her 1 month wages in lieu if she does not sign me the termination letter?
2. should i insist to sue her? it's unfair to pay her so much because she not only steals my money, she also consumes my personal goods but not informing me
pls help!!

1. Stealing is criminal offence. I think it does allow you to terminate her immediately. However, although you will not need to pay her 1mth notice, but you would probably still be liable to pay for her airline ticket (but I am not sure, you better confirm with the immigrations)
2. I think its not up to you to sue her it is up to the government to sue for criminal offences. Since you did recorded her confession at the first, you could pass the evidences to the police. Also if you have any other evidences that can prove she has integrity problems, you should provide them all to the police. The move evidences they have the higer the possibility that they will take the legal action against her.

I have the same experience, my yan yan change the
money from my son red packets. For me, if I
terminate her, no one help me to take care 2 sons.
So nothing I do at last.
