老公想換車, 近日就呢個topic討論左好幾次. 佢想買二手Benz或者BMW. 但我就prefer買新車, 因為我知佢好麻煩, 架車有少少唔妥就拎去check去整, 我覺得, 因為架車係二手, 佢就成日"仍"住上手唔知整過d咩, 怕有事(我而家果架係二手, 間唔中就拎去check, 好煩.)

同佢講不如買新車啦, 而家平左喎, c class唔駛50萬, 佢就話50萬不如買車位仲實際.

唉, 我真係好唔想佢成日小小事就拎架車去check, 去一去又一千幾百落樓, 同佢講佢有呢個問題, 佢又話新車都要check架啦, 拎番原廠仲貴.

比你地選擇, 要車位定要新車?

睇吓你o個區D車位貴唔貴租o拉....如二千樓下就租啦,買嚟做咩丫,第時放租又唔係收得多,放售又唔係咁易甩,如租都要成三千銀咪買囉,有銀就梗係買新C仔加車位啦,唔多夠咪買車位加新日本車囉,講舒服camry好過C仔啦(又少嘢整過平治),過香港人係要買孖B啫

一個係消費性(車)產品
另一個係投資性(車位)產品
兩者完完全全不冋

有閒錢的話 當然買架新車渣吓拉!

不過如果你本身都租開車位的話
我見議你買車位
因為你自用的話
都可抵銷租金的支出
日後放番出去的話
慳左好幾年的泊位錢.

真係好視乎你對筆錢的心態!

buy a new car if u have spare $.

u can get a brand new C200 at around 0.38m. u can also check with BMW, they have lots of very new secondhand car. There's a 325i cabrio only sells for 0.5m, 8000km, mid-2008. very cheap!

咁抵?? 得閒去睇下先. 而家買新車又比以前抵好多

其實我而家租車位都幾貴, 成3千幾一個月, 所以老公咪話不如買啦, 買都係$500k+. 我剛剛搬入黎, 我估都住好幾年先搬.

所以, 可能真係諗諗買架平d既新車, 將剩餘既$投資個車位, 似乎比較實際.

D carpark also much cheaper. In my real estate, highest sold for 1.5m (earlier last year), now only 0.7m.

For investment value, buying carpark is much better la, as when econ gets better, carpark space will appreciate in value, whereas car depreciates instantly when you drive the same day.

why it's so expensive is because there is limited carpark space. there is only 1-1 availability, but many people have 2 cars or more. There is 1 family in my building owns 4 cars!! The cheapest one sold (just within 1 week) at 0.7xm in Oct 08 when economy was the worst.

then the return is not good. the carpark rental of the place I am living is 3-3.5k, but carpark space is expensive. if the return is bad, maybe buy a car better than investing in such an expensive carpark space with low return.

你要再衡量一下以下幾個因素:-

  • 你住個屋苑 車位交投怎麼樣?
  • 是否長期都係此價位 (如果係, 長遠有保值作用)?
車(因為係消費品), 車一落地就經已貶值!
