This is really an annoying question!
If your girl hasn't eaten any special with pigments, then it should be the same issue as my 2 sons have.
My son's pediatric dentist said that the 黑色漬 was caused by some kind of beteria (not a harmful one and common one in human mouth). If the teeth's surface is not smooth enough, the beteria will leave this 黑色漬 on the surface of the teeth. When my elder son was 4 years old, I took him to the pediatric dentist to erase the 黑色漬 by dentistry's "eraser". I will take my younger son to do that also when he is ready for it.
On the other hand, my pediatrican said that was caused by the drinking water and it was common in HK.
So as long as it is not harmful. It is ok la.
If you are worry, of course consult a pediatric dentist is a way to erase the worry. They are the professional ones!
