Purchasing clerk
Job descriptions:
- intensive use of PC software, tools and skills including:
- Google suite: Gmail, Keep, Sheets
- Tools: WhatsApp web
- web-based ERM / accounting system
- daily contact with suppliers in Hong Kong, China and other countries
- daily update of supplier pricing information
- processing and follow up of purchase orders
- regular review of competition pricing, inventory and selling progress
- work closely with sales team and warehouse team
- good communication skills in English, Chinese & Putonghua
