God knows. Just pray to Him, make evaluated decision when time is full, and take calculated risk, than, take one step at a time. Most important, do not worry.
For example, in last 13 months, the company I work for, in the department I am in, it had 2 lay off and 2 department re-organization and one combined companies (my company bought other). Many old chief executives left the companies or demoted.
My strategy is not to spend time to worry. First, I don't want to waste time to worry. Second, if it mean to lay off me one day, it doesn't matter if I am worry every day of not, I still will get lay off. Why don't I just have more worry free days before the lay off? I see that worrying is not practical and it will not help a bit to solve the problem. When decision need to be made, then, set some time aside to pray to God and make the evaluated decision when we collected as much as information we can and at the right time. After decision was made, then do not worry. Jesus asked us not to worry.
