Normal Temperature Range
Rectal(pet pet): 37 - 37.8"C
Oral(ear should be the same as oral): 36.4-37.4"C
Underarm(格啦低): 35.8-36.6"C
But please note that babies during sleep usually have lower temp. while just wake up from sleep usually have higher temperature. If you are not sure if he's fever, take the temperature again, say 15/30 mins later.
