乙型肝炎, ultrasound shows a black spot

I am very worried, my husband just had a body check and the untrasound scan on the liver shows a black spot. The doctor said he will need to go for a computer scan for detail check.

I can't stop worrying and I am 6 months pregnant at the moment, I am afraid will effect my baby.

Does anyone know if black spot could be serious???
