I also use 威潔 now and in the past I use a Japanese brand. Most important is that you have to rinse the clothes thoroughly. I don't prefer to put softener as it could stimulate the baby's skin.
Also if the clothes are washed by maids, you have to check them as they may not wash them thoroughly. Make sure that the clothes are dry and iron properly before putting back to the drawers.
Actually the baby's skin condition will be improved when he/she is older, just like my baby.
