I can never 側睡 because my thigh and bottom hurt if 側睡. when i was pregnant the 1st time (this time the second) I also 仰睡.
doctor said shd 側睡 as 仰睡 not good to blood flow/heart (?? can't remember la) for the baby. in the last 1-2 mths, if 仰睡, you will feel the strong pressure of the tummy and will feel very uncomfortable. So I had to 'sit sleep' last time. I cldn't roll my body last time due to entire lower body ache.
i can't sleep during night! max. 3 hrs sleep even 仰睡.
i have maybe 4-5 hrs of sleep in total everyday (incl afternoon nap)
i feel so bad and uncomfortable.
i hope BB can come out earlier.
