有沒有辦法避免？bb大個d會唔會好d？
有沒有媽媽可分享？

bb大個d會好好多呀..依d係過到期黎姐,不過bb嘔得多好傷腸胃,俾d開奶茶佢飲啦

你有冇改用大d咀hole?
有d b仔飲唔到大hole, 太快大急一定會噴奶, 我阿b係咁, 只可用細/中hole, 但佢都可以好快 , within5-8mins飲7oz奶

我阿b以前都係咁,你bb食完奶之後同佢掃風,再斜斜地抱住佢約半個鐘先比佢訓,咁就會好d嫁啦,不過好多初生bb都有呢重情況,唔洗太擔心, bb訓時最好側睡,咁佢就算嘔奶都唔會到流入nose

當bb飲完奶后, 勿太快將他平放回床上, 掃風后試將佢45度角斜放在pillow上休息, 或手抱斜躺好讓飲下的奶(落格), 會比較容易消化, 不會那麼容易倒流造成噴奶狀況, 試試看吧!

唔使膽心呀!! 我亞仔9個月大前成日都係咁, 每2天就1次, 果時, 每次飲完奶, 身旁就預備定大只既塑膠杯, 因為佢一嘔奶時就用來載住, 唔使攪到一身及一地係奶, 每次嘔親就噴3oz或全部.

後來轉用左 chuchu 奶咀及轉食了森永大仔後, 就完全無晒嘔奶, 而我 D 親戚話可能我亞仔既腸胃唔受得 "S26 - 4個月大前飲及香港雪印 - 4個月至9個月大飲"

如果你 bb 是好容易嘔奶的話, 你要睇睇以下問題:
1. 奶咀會唔會太細或太大, 太慢又吮得辛苦, 吮晒 d 風入肚; 太快就又會飲到嘔
2. 最近有沒有增加了奶奶份量?
3. 試下同佢掃多些風, 我亞仔以前飲6oz.奶奶, 要掃3次風; 連 dr. brown 都攪佢唔掂
4. 同埋唔好一飲完奶奶, 就比佢平訓返, 最好係抱半小時以上

不過, 我亞仔係胃淺既 bb, 所以比一般 bb 易嘔奶, 6個月前, 醫生建議我3小時餵亞仔飲1次, 小食多餐型

我個b岩岩出世時都成日嘔奶,所以唔洗太擔心;不過我有睇過書,如果bb成日都噴泉式咁嘔就可能係bb既脊椎有問題;要小心留意~

bb現在兩個多月，她用緊nuk 的middle 小孔的奶咀，而bb飲奶都唔算太快，快則15-20min 飲6oz奶，慢則30min•
是否轉用chu chu 的奶咀會有改善？

我阿仔細時都成日有噴奶. 之前食開A+. 又多痰又多風. 飲完奶一咳就會噴奶, 噴到一地都係. 後來轉左飲明治就冇事喇. 常嘔奶我覺得奶粉都關事. 可能飲緊果隻唔夾都唔定. 確實係咩原因真係要逐樣試下.

我個囡都係飲A+喎, 佢都間唔中有噴奶, 一嘔就全部, 咁係咪要轉奶粉~ ?-( 請比意見~

好難講喎. 每個BB對奶粉反應唔同. 有D人話飲左A+好. 但我阿B絕對唔夾, 腸胃好差. 轉左奶粉又冇事. 所以真係要試下先知.

奶粉真係好睇bb夾唔夾,因為我b食A+食到宜家6個幾月,一D事都冇,但我個friend的bb食A+,就好燥,反而食s26就好好多

your bb's time for drinking (15-20mins) is OK. And I don't think Nuk is a problem. According to my pedi, Nuk's design is best to let bb keep their mouths close tightly.

wait until 3 months-old (or may be a little bit longer), and one day you'll suddenly find the problem gone. my girl used to throw up each time she took the milk until 3 month-old.

i don't know how old is your bb. Mine is also like this until 12 month. I am so frighten when i feed her every time because whenever she vomit, i am so busy...comfort her, change her cloth, change my cloth, clean the floor, the chair,etc. But she stopped vomit after 12 month old, maybe the valve between the esophagus and the stomach is fully mature and close properly by that time.
So,now you may try to feed your bb bits by bits and let bb "ur" air more frequently.
Don't feel sad, always think that things will be better later.

Spilling almost happens to every baby, however (噴泉式嘔奶) doesn't happen to most of the babies. It is caused by the immature of the stomach's valves (which opens and closes when baby drinks). This might also cause baby to have colic. Have you taken your baby to the doctor yet? If 會噴泉式嘔奶 happens very often and spills quite far away e.g. > 1 meter . Then it is necessary to seek medical help.
Here are a few things parents can do while taking care of this type of spilling.

(1) burp baby often during the feeding time.
(2) direct breastfeeding is preferable due to bottle feeding leads more air into the stomach. Also, 小食多餐 is recommended.
(3) lift up the cot legs (the head side), then the milk won't flush back easily.
(4) Maybe colic medicine needed if it is related to lots of crying.

My baby is also like this from 9 months (after flu) until now - 16 months. Before, he's doing fine. I am very worried & nervous. He vomits very easily, either drink the milk or eat the congee. I was so upset about this. Same as szeszes, I always prepared a plastic cup nearby when feed.

I've seen quite a lot of different doctors, all said he's ok. But he's very slim after 9 months.

Really helpless....felt so helpless.
