My fridge and microwave have been using for 13 years, still very good.
1st Washing machine has been used for 8.5 yrs (WhirpXXl) and this one (西門X) just 4.5 years !
I talked to the Technician and some other Washing Machine sales and ALL of them told me washing machine should NEVER be used 2 times or more a day. Should be 1 time per day! Is that true?
My maid always uses 2 - 3 times per day.
One load for our clothes, one load for kids clothes, sometimes one more load for bedsheets.
I used this brand before. Mine was only lasted for around 3-4 years. The technician told me over the phone that the repair cost was more than 1,000 and encourage me to buy a new one. I will not buy the washing machine from this brand anymore.
I just bought a new one from BroadXXy, Electrolux, European brand, but made in Thailand. 7 Kg, 1000 rpm, costs $4,500. Have anyone used this brand before? How is it?
Another common brand is Zanussi, also made in Thailand. Same factory as Electrolux.
On the other hand, the sales did not sell me Whirpool, they said Whirpool nowadays is made in PRC and could not last long.
However, at FortreXX, the sales did not sell Electrolux and Zanussi, but keep on selling Whirpool.
