When I try to patch.., it shows

SEARCH & REPLACE PATCH
nothing patched!
......done
...patching done....

But, then, there is a message;

FEATURES.DLL
Can not access the file
Maybe it's in use.....
Please close the file before patching
Try to access the file again now?

Anyone knows what it is, pls. help....
