Child born after 2007, even both parents are HK permanent residents, if baby not born in HK, he/ she needs to apply visa and psychically in HK for 7 years to get the HK PR.
my son born after 2007, both parents are HK permanent residents, if baby not born in HK, he get hk pr straight away, i was told he can apply 回鄉証 if i want to, just like if hes born in hk
we live in hk prior to his birth
