琴日睇左何媽講話marcus可能出水痘﹐禁我想開過一個topic講下:

系英國﹐ 出水痘﹐應該點handle?

請有經驗既媽咪講下﹐等我地呢d新手知道下!! 唔該!!
我知道澳門佢地會用芫茜同小朋友沖涼﹐ 呢度系唔系架?? 同埋超市個芫茜得唔得架??

Both my kids hasn't got chickpox. I am a bit worried as my daughter is 7 already!

It is better to have it younger!!!!

孖女出水痘我地喺香港(04年1月尾2月頭)

因為我地係03年11月番香港，孖女番咗5個星期托兒園，臨番英國前大孖出水痘先，兩日到細孖，醫生比咗支粉紅色嘅藥水佢地搽，同埋我媽幫佢地用煲芫茜水比佢地沖涼，我好似聽人講過出水痘多數係喺呢個時侯...................

Fran,

hoba took marcus to Gp today and confirmed he has chicken pox !!!! We are lucky coz he didnt hv any complications.. even we didnt sure if he had chickenpox.. he got no temp.. just spots over the body then spread to his legs and arms even tongue... may be it was too cold in France so stop his itchyness... we just put on aloe vera jel those days..
it's much easier to handle then i thought... and the GP said better had it in younger time and i m a bit regret that i let siuwa had the chickenpox injection coz i think better to let it out ..

Siuwa had the chickenpox injection la，my twin 2 also had it in HK, after I knew twin 1 had chicken pox, then I took twin 2 to the doctor and had the injection, the doctor said twin 2 got it,too, but it wasn't much as twin 1..............and the doctor said before the chicken pox come, the chicken pox was already in the body for 2 wks...............

i remembered i had chickenpox when i was about 4/5 years old. Mum got some herbs to stroke on the pox when i felt itchy and she gave me a silky scarf to cover my face when i went out. i only had a few spots but still it left a few little dents on my forehead.
My colleague had it when he was about 30 years old and had to take 1 week off work! When he came back, he has scar all over his face for quite awhile. He wasn't very happy as he likes to look smart & pretty all the time ~ so he was very quiet and not going around the office for a few days

No, they don't have it in the routine vaccination. I think they think it is better to have it than have the vaccination to prevent it. Besides, they may think there is no complication of having chickenpox, so no need to prevent it?!

I remember I had it when I was 10. I just felt very itchy but no discomfort.

coz since this time i dont think chickenpox very troublesome lor, just like mosquitos bites.. that's why i'd rather siuwa has it lor..

when siuwa had the chickenpox vaccination in HK, the doc told me it's not 100% immune gar, still hv chance to hv chickenpox but shd be less than normal chickenpox incase catch it. But siuwa didnt hv 1 even marcus had it..

the medicine is called calamine lotion..

唔係 keep forever o架，打咗水痘針只係唔會出咁多咋...............

妳比 Siu Wa 同 Marcus 玩多啲，但都要兩星期後先知 Siu Wa 有冇比 Marcus 傳染咗..............
