It really depends on your baby. I had my B at Union Hospital. Since I had c-section, I was not able to breast feed until the next day. So the first day when my B was born, she already had formula milk, from a bottle. Luckily, she was able to latch on to my breast immediately the next day when I try. Since coming back home, she has also been both breast and bottle fed. She is now 3.5 months old. No nipple confusion. So my suggestion to you is to try both breast and bottle. If she is confused, then take the suggestion of the nurse and do either all breast, or all bottle.
