Want to ask take how long for you receive the confirmation after u made the payment??
I pay on 31/12/2014 till now still got no confirmation and been email them many time, ONLY got one email replay as below:

As we have lots of email and bookings, and we need time to make the confirmation file,
for we can process it quickly, please kindly wait for us.



We will send the confirmation file at least 2~3 DAYS before your tour date.



Please use confirmation file to take the bus.



You can show the picture on the phone to the driver and you don't need to print it out.



We appreciate your understanding and waiting.



Today 27/1 and i will use the bus on 18/2, on my position i do worry as i travelling with young child, i need to ensure we got the connecting seat but till now i don't even know will they reserve me a seat!! So bad luck to use GRACE Travel!!


Have sent email to ask yesterday and today again, they don't reply it at all!


What can i do.....

我地決定飛的去蠶室已經08:30, 睇schedule 蠶室開車09:00, 繁忙時間塞車的士司機都話趕唔到, 最終09:10落車, 的士仲要唔係停嚮ski bus上車地點, 好彩我朋友架的士停啱位, 仲見到架ski bus, 我叫佢地唔好俾架車走, 趕緊去, 嚮蠶室十字街頭拖喼奔跑搵路, 真係命都無, 幸好阿女都大, 幫我拖左個喼, 唔係仲死, 條老命俾埋佢.

去到車站陸陸續續有其他旅客抵達, 個個都上氣唔接下氣!!

希望佢以後唔好再發生同類事件, 言語不通又唔知點搭車, 真係好徬徨無助!!

No, I managed to get on the ski bus at Jasmil finally. rebeccaloky also got on the ski bus at Jasmil. rebeccaloky got refund of ski bus fare and I was only offered the taxi fare. It is unfair. I don't know why they treat me differently.

Can feel how angry are you as i were try to ask them question at last few months!! Really piss me off too! How come only refund taxi fare as they never provide the ski bus service?? There is no bus on the dateHow could them still charge you, how dare they are!
Write to complaint is must and thanks for ahmama to keep update the case here to let other JM know more to avoid that happen on there holiday!!

I am so disappointed. I sent out the email on 24 Feb, only replied to me now when I emailed them again that I will lodge a complaint to the Korea Tourism Organisation. No apologies in the reply for all the inconvenience caused to us. While rebeccaloky got the refund of ski bus fare, Lin only offered me the refund of taxi fare.

I really don't want to deal with Grace Travel anymore and will put up my case to the Korea Tourism Organisation.

22/2 0750新村去alpensia準時開出,到alpensia自己訂車回新村，25/2 1230 alpensia遲了20分鐘開車，車全full，有些人上車才買票，無票唔出聲，攪好耐先開車。
