杏花邨商場淡靜

過完年後杏花邨商場仲係好靜, 午飯時間都好少人. 只有過年前7成. 好多餐廳都不用等用位.
感覺在附近工貿樓返工的人少左過來.

They are new and start small, but they are initiating things to unite contributors of their own. Let's not forget what Cheng Yiu Tong said a few days ago about what happened in Tuen Mum on March 8. He said the gang who harassed the mother and daughter and the old man with the cart. He said they might be small and unorganized at the beginning, but they were violent in nature, they believed in HK's independence, and that they could grow to be ISIS-alike and the authority needed to take proper actions to nip them in the bud. If you think you don't have to take oppositions seriously, it's on you. But as a government body, it needs to see a bigger picture and address concerns of its people. Be frank and open to communications that's all i'm asking. if there are unreasonable questions, say that they are unreasonable; if there are reasonable questions and valid concerns, spend some time and get those issues fixed. Like you said there were a few hundred questions raised. If 1/4 of them were good questions, there were ~100 of them that needed to be looked at, right? If Greg So or any other high ranked Govt officials could sit down and show the public that they're serious about doing the right thing, the situation could've been very different.

There is, or was, a similar organization headed by John Tsang. That can act as the central power to coordinate every piece in the works, and have 團結基金 fund projects. That's the interim solution, while Greg So and whoever can beautify the proposal based on questions from the public. From a project management perspective, i think that's doable, unless of course, you got pressure from high up to push it out no matter what.

I don\'t see the bureau is half baked plan。Most questions fm pan-democracy is a small piece of cake & even ridiculous 9588。One of the question is 「個局係為中國而設，以紅色資金入侵發展內地科技，點解要益大陸？」is it a reasonable question？ As I mentioned b4，this is not the 1st time to deliver the bureau，we hv lost 3 yrs time already。If u don\'t see it is rush，I am speechless。

Agree 團結基金 is another way can help to develop the hi tech industry but it can not centralize resources & bureau can hv better monitoring。

I am not part of mass media, just one of the consumers of the information they provide. I honestly don\'t know if they investigated the matter, are u one of them who can say for certain that they did? If the group turned out to be a not so good representation of the industry, report it so we know, not just do nothing and discredit them (like u did) without solid proof. As far as I know the group is doing something ongoing for the hi tech industry they claim they represent.

Like I mentioned before, what is the rush? You don\'t want to launch a project with a half baked plan just so it can get out of the door and u don\'t see it on your desk ever again. It will come back and bite your behind and it is just not efficient. There is an alternative, if someone in the public who has a great idea and need funding to make it happen, uncle tung\'s 團結香港基金，in combination with the existing organization headed by John tsang. Use this for now while the government modifies the proposal to address questions and it better. Is it so hard to comprehend?

Re your comment. I\'m sure you and others share similar thoughts on things. Just that the wordings you used yesterday were so strikingly similar to the other guy who made his/hers in February that I can\'t help but wonder.

Can u tell why the legco mem haven\'t raised hundreds questions since last year but only the last mins b4 the deadline? Even some questions is meaningful，are they really do it in a reasonable way，the aim of those 政棍 is 拉布&玩嘢！ CY push so hard as this issue hv been postponed few times already，the 1st propose since 3 yrs ago。

This is common sense to search thro internet when u hv query of the incredible group just like 前線科技人員議政小組。If my doubt is similar wiv Lotto Lai，that\'s mean my doubt is very common。
