My back bone is aching due to taking care of BB. We hired my hubby's relative to help for 3 days.

My mum in law called me just now but I was cooking noodles so dropped her line. I asked hubby to call her what's up. Hubby then told me she's on her way to my home.

Sigh....relative and 99 are very good friends. they will just bee lee ba la at my home for several hours. I just want to have a silent place to rest. I am very unhappy, because I need to entertain them and see them pinching my baby. My 99 always patted or 'meet' my BB very hard.

my be..... I am lucky as my husband doesn't like her mother!
=>It is because my 99 requested my husband to buy her a flat before we got marry (so that my 99 used all my husband's $ and make sure he won't pay any $ when we got marry....... => I pay for our marry)
Therefore, my husband does not give our key to my 99 ........

My 99 used to do that and I HATED it. Eventually my husband asked her to call before she showed up at our door. She was so upset she did not speak to both of us for 2 months.

Sometimes I just don't pick up the phone (we got call display )to avoid any chance of her coming over.

ac321, lucky your husband doesn't like his mother to come, if he doesn't think it's a problem, then you will be in more trouble.

c-wong, my son is 5mths now, my mom tried to let him stand even when he's 2mths old, (haha... of course only few seconds la..) it really depends on the baby's situation.
but I really hate people "meet" the baby.
even some of the people on the street. they will say" wow,好好肉地喎" , and then "meet" my son.
my 99 also do "拍大脾" to my son, don't know how to stop her, just when her hands start move towards his leg, I'll move back a bit to avoid her hit.
told my husband, but he said just "touch slightly ma..." , I said "no!! 下下都有聲架"
but my 99 won't do this in front of my husband, sigh ... 吹脹。

之前同９９住，bb出世後間房做咗bb房，　但係佢仲keep 匙，次次都無通知就開門，有次佢去飲，成半夜１２點都仲返上嚟，仲要係我已經除晒衫要瞓，我都知您想還返啲首飾俾我（佢次次去飲我都會借我啲首飾俾佢），　但係都咁夜，係人都唔會去人屋企啦。
之後我就晚晚都閂咗個ＬＯＣＫ，外面有匙都開唔到嗰啲呢，佢喺門口都要我開門先入到嚟。

My 99 did the same before.
Initially, she never called use and directly went to my flat.
Once, my husband was sleeping........ and he heard someone 'knock' the door. He found it is her mother....... then he open the door for her.
However, he was wearing (only) underwear at that moment............... (P.S. my husband works on shift, and my 99 do not have our key)
One week later, all his brothers/sisters phoned him..... and told him he was very important to wear underwear in front of his mother xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Then, we 'request' her to call us before she visit us.
However, she called us when she was already inside our garden (in the entrence of our block).....
She never asked you do you have time or not, and just told you I would be in your flat 2 mins later!!!!!!!
Then, my husband and me went out and let her wait in the garden......
After a few times, she will call me 1 or 2 hours before visit us.
And now, our relationship turns bad. His son don't want her to visit us........ however, he don't want to refuse his mother directly. Therefore, I am the 'bad' wife now as I should find some reasons to refuse her (when my husband stay at home)!

It's so bad........
I never employ any helper who has any relationship with my 99....... It is because I believed that she will tell my 99 all the things about my family.
It is better to employ someone else.
