有以上問題，要每次reboot 機，已做chkdsk同scan 過viruses, 是否要重新裝window,先可解決問題。

請給建議，唔該。

已重新install window, 不過有啲file backup唔哂，我估應該係啲hardware ram有問題，因為用word edit改文件的margin位會移位，save完文件開返又冇事，部notebook用咗8年，應該差唔多

建議你進入安全模式不斷測試睇下 十分鐘會唔會hang機, 如果唔係hang機,hardware冇問題, 相反如果安全模式都係hand機，咁就頭痕好多， 有可能harddisk問題，有可能過熱問題，咁就真係要逐樣逐樣慢慢test
