I've visited www.homeworld.com.au site in Kellyville (near Castle Hill) last week. Price is from 170K.

题外话：Mirvac 建筑 quality 比较好

Do you means Masterton? I visited their display home and found the price are reasonable and look very nice. Did you have experience with them?

I have checked from some builders, the double storey basic price need about 200 - 300K, plus a lot of uncertain cost like Site Cost, BASIX, landscape, council requirement (different counil have different requests) , retaining tank/wall, remove tree and underground rock etc. But I don't know which builder has good comment/reference, any suggestion? Thanks.

终于报了价, 新屋 $1500 1 平方米。呢个 builder 讲明自己系比较贵，同埋细屋无兴趣。

原来系澳洲 builder 先至系最恶。

there is a large display home in warwick farm. you should all go and have a look. It is by Maston home.

the price is between 160k to 300k.
