Yes. If I stopped hiring her at this stage, I have to pay $600 documentation fee. I bet that she's experienced enough to take good care of my son. I told her today in phone that I will terminate her if I find that she's not energetic to be our maid, though all my family members are willing to treat her very well if she's competent.
The maid just called me asking me if I confirm to employ her.
I clarified a few points from her.
Her last employer had left Singapore already, so gave her early release.
In 98 she's pregnant but continued working with the employer.
She then gave birth to her second child in 99 (took 3 months annual leave) and continuously worked with them until 03. The popo of the grandchildren in HK took care of the kids when she took maternity leave.
Are there any families who had a maid near 45 years old and found her unsuitable to carry a young child before? Please share your real case for my reference. Thanks.
因為我奶奶雖然56歲,但佢湊得個BB好好,而且系上年new born果時都so far so good。
