請問 is it no good to use 攪拌機混合所有rice，蔬菜和肉？有的書上說 no good，因為食物便沒有纖維。

係咪講緊煲粥仔....我d瓜/紅蘿蔔會用薑鉋....瘦肉只係出味試過攪碎係唔好食(質感好粗)....所以攪拌機暫時無咩用

only use the blender for the first two months, after baby has adapted to congee, you can cut the meat and veg into very fine pcs instead of blending them.
