母親在他面前畫了兩個火柴人公仔，一個拿着棍子，一個拿糖，再問阿漢，哪個是好人，哪個是壞人？他毫不猶豫的說，拿着棍子的是壞人，拿着糖的是好人。母親再問他，那麼，哪個是回教徒，哪個是印度教徒？阿漢茫無頭緒，說分辨不出來。母親說關鍵就是如此，做好事的就是好人，做壞事的就是壞人，是否回教徒或是印度教徒，無關宏旨。
