I have been researching on the radiation level in Japan, and the things I have read so far, are quite negative & different from what I was expecting.
Please note the following summary includes problems caused by cesium, corium, beta & alpha rays, lead, black substances, tritium, radionuclide, etc released from Fukushima.
0. Most Japanese have a radiation detector for food, water and environment monitoring. And since March 2012, Foreign dosemeters are banned to sell, from the order of Japanese government.
1. Radiation sea derbies from Fukushima have arrived Kyushu, and should arrive Okinawa within weeks. By then, it will contaminate the land, water, plants, food, and everything else on Okinawa. I know they are ~2000km apart, but it has finally arrived and unavoidable.
2. There are radioactive rains that further increase the radiation level through out Japan, especially in Tokyo.
3. The government is banning all the blog posts made by private users. They also controlled the media to report that fact the situation is actually worse than what people think. These bloggers can only use tweeter instead. The Japanese citizens are continuously proving that the JP gov. is releasing fake radiation level measurement by showing actual photos of their own measurements/meters.
4. Double the no. of children (in japan), aged between 1-19 year old, died from heart related disease since the Fukushima incident.
5. My dad's friend is a doctor (actually most of his friends are doctors..nerds alliance). He has dealed with quite a few cases of K形 Embryo; these patients have all visited Japan after the Fukushima incident. As a result, he recommends abortion through surgery, because the children will have no use or future anyways.
He also said the patients must wait at least 5-10 years before trying to give birth again. Of cause, it won't matter you if you have no plans for that.
6. There is a high possibility of Mt Fuji (30km of active fault) huge eruption during the summer; not magma, but hot water flooding into the cities, the ashes will float to Tokyo even tho it is ~100km apart. Hundreds of flights will be cancelled and over 10mils of houses will be out of power. These are the estimations from the local scientists in Japan. They were predicting this outbreak since 3 years ago. And as you know, earth quake triggers volcano eruptions too.
7. There are increasing reports of brain atrophied, random nose bleeding, thyroid cancer, sudden death and cardiac infarct cases in Japan. Universities are currently researching on them, and believe is likely due to radiation.
8. Another friend who works in Cathay (high ranked) says basically every flight attendant refuse to travel to Japan. He also agrees, the Japanese government cannot be trusted - they are known for cover up and lying. He does not recommend me to travel to anywhere in Japan either.
9. Reactor 4 cannot be repaired ahead of schedule. It is believe there are more cracks than expected. Tepco refuse to release further information. There is also a new crack outside of Reactor 4.
10. giant, deformed, mutiple-head flowers and worms are found in many cities, including Okinawa. The radiation level on leafs are also quite high.
11. Iodine (碘) 131 is detected in multiple cities, including Tokyo, Yokohama and Kawasaki.
12. The Canadian embassy closed the visa department in Japan; aka, they won't let the japanese to travel to Canada anymore.
I was asked if she can marry and have a baby, by a little girl from Fukushima. Unfortunately, I had no clue how to answer. Cesium is already measured from her urine. If you were asked by her, how would you answer ?
The person who found this has been having health problem, burn on finger (for 3 months) and the bruise on thighs (for 9 months). The black circle on the left bottom of the picture is the size of the bruise back in July. It’s growing
